 Has anyone actually gotten lucky and found a good person or partner on a dating site? Every time I’ve asked someone, it’s always flings, short-term stuff, or cases where the person turned out to be nothing like their profile.

•  The classic situation. I don’t meet people on dating sites. I’m fine being alone, and honestly, the best people I’ve met in my life, I met by chance.

I totally support the idea that there’s no need to push things or try to rush fate. Everything will happen when it’s supposed to and when the time is right. But still, I’m not giving up on dating sites. I spend a lot of time here just for fun. Let’s be real, it’s always nice to chat with someone just because, right? Especially when you come across someone cool who shares your values or has something close.
